Whether you are looking for amazing views in the wilderness or observing breathtaking images of the primitive beauty of nature, the rugged, proven SLC 42 binoculars are perfect for capturing those intense experiences of nature. The new SLC 56 models have been added to the range, and they are particularly suitable for use at night, for example for watching owls, or observing over long distances. Both of these binocular lines belong to the new generation of the SWAROVSKI OPTIK SLC family.

SLC 42 – The solid, multipurpose binoculars

These binoculars go everywhere with you. You can take the SLC 42 binoculars with you on your extended observation trips in the surrounding area, both during the day and at twilight.

SLC 8x42 and 10x42 – one for all

Real multipurpose binoculars. The SLC 8x42 and the SLC 10x42 binoculars are sturdy in any weather, day in day out, and also stand out thanks to their particularly high optical quality. You will enjoy these rugged, ergonomic binoculars for many years.

SLC 56 – The experienced expert

There are specific binoculars for every kind of observation. Going out at twilight or during the night, for instance in search of owls, poses particular challenges for both people and technology. The SLC 56 binoculars provide you with optimum support whatever the situation.

SLC 8x56, 10x56 and 15x56 – Let there be light

Poor light conditions call for the skills of an expert. The SLC 10x56 binoculars have been developed to complement the proven SLC 8x56 binoculars, with both of them making their mark mainly during observation at twilight and night, with the latter also offering a large field of view. Not to mention that wildlife observers traveling around very faraway landscapes such as plains or deserts and observing very remote animals or birds can see and identify more. This is thanks to the high magnification of the SLC 15x56 binoculars. The rugged and outstanding ergonomic design adds the finishing touch to the best total package for observation at twilight and over long distances. The extended depressions for improved grip is one example of the ergonomic design.

The SWAROVSKI OPTIK SLC family will be available from specialist retailers and online on www.swarovskioptik.com from October 2013.

In the US the SLC 42 will be available from October 2013 and SLC 15x56 will be available from January 2014. In the US SWAROVSKI OPTIK products are available from specialist retailers and online on www.swarovskioptik.com.

Dear Ted, the rubber armouring of the latest models of the SLC Family are just green, there are no black parts like the former models had. If you wish, you can send the serial number of your SLC to socialmedia@swarovskioptik.com and we check the year of production. Best regards, the SWAROVSKI OPTIK Social Media Team

I just bought the 8x42 SLC at a major bug box sporting goods store to get more FOV and image over my CL Companion. How do I tell the manufactured year to ensure I gave the 'laters ' model? I love both binds by the way!

I have the SLC 10x42's arriving in 2 days. I want to install the Swarovski Bino Harness #49200 with the quick connect buckle clips. I don't see them on the site except for the new BSP Bino Pro. Are these the same as the 49200?

Thank you very much. I am getting ready to get a pair but wanted to know if they could be focused individually or not before I did. I appreciate your answer. Art
