SWAROVSKI OPTIK's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. Items purchased in the Online Shop may be refunded up to two weeks after their receipt. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date.
It is currently not possible to exchange a product online for a new or different item in one transaction. The unwanted item should be returned and a new order placed for the desired item(s). You will be refunded for the item(s) returned. If you received the item as a gift, the sender will be refunded the appropriate amount.
Please use the peel off label attached to the delivery slip for your return parcel and send by standard uninsured mail. Please keep a copy of your postal transaction slip for your reference.
